Permanent versus seasonal
Everything except the Halloween Pack is permanent on the account. The Halloween Pack's double-reward effect and its per-run self rescue run until 31 October; the two skins stay.
That distinction decides the comparison. 150 Robux for a 12-day reward boost is a rental, while 150 Robux for a Max upgrade is permanent.
The self rescue arithmetic
The downed panel charges 29 Robux for one self rescue. The shop sells one for 19 and three for 49. The Halloween Pack includes one self rescue per run for the rest of October.
If you play several runs a day and go down often, that bundle is the cheapest self rescue route while it lasts. After 31 October it is not.
Which pass fits which player
- Solo, three slots, learning: 4th Tool Slot (99) buys more flexibility than any single Max upgrade at 150, because you can carry a decoy and keep the slot you already use.
- Group player: Rope Reach, Rescue Speed and the Rescue Rope pass are the only purchases that change what a teammate can do for you.
- Coin farmer: 2x Cash at 200 pays back fastest on NORMAL, where the repeatable reward is 300 rather than 150.
- Cosmetics only: the Halloween Pack is the only item with skins, and the boost is a bonus rather than the reason.
The 250 coin claim
A competitor page lists Rescue Rope at 250 coins. We confirmed a 30 Robux pass and nothing else, so either a second purchase route exists or that page is wrong. Until a shop screen shows a coin price for the rope, treat the coin route as unconfirmed.
Buying Max upgrades before the supply
A Max upgrade sets a level 3 value on a supply you may never carry. Buy the supply habit first; the upgrade changes numbers you have not used yet.
If a pass does not appear
Rejoin the server before asking for a refund: passes and upgrades are applied on join, and the inventory panel refreshes then.
