Put your group in the same run
- Press
INVITE FRIENDS!at the top right of the lobby. That is the button that brings a friend into your server; we have not opened the dialog behind it, so what it offers is unread. - Touch a party station. The stations around the lobby print
0/4and the wordsTouch to create a party. - Set the party and press
CREATE. The panel is the next section; its footer also runs its own countdown, printedCreates itself in 15s. - Wait in the party room until the counter fills. The room prints the count twice —
EASY PARTY 3/3in our frame — and thenFULL - STARTING IN 2S.
A server is not a party. In the 28 October 2026 recording five players stood in the lobby at once while the nearest station still read 0/4, and the run only started from the party room that printed 3/3. So inviting a friend into your server gets you into the same lobby; the party decides who starts together.
What the CREATE PARTY panel asks you
The panel is one column: a preview card at the top, four controls under it, and CREATE at the bottom. Every value below is what a 28 October 2026 frame showed.
| Field | What the panel printed | How to set it |
|---|---|---|
| PARTY SIZE | A minus and a plus around the number; the stepper stood at 4, and every station prints /4 | Set the number of players you are waiting for. Set it too high and the room waits for people who never arrive |
| DIFFICULTY | EASY carries the RECOMMENDED tag, NORMAL is open, the third card is locked and prints BEAT NORMAL 0/2 | Start on EASY with friends who have not escaped yet; the lock only counts NORMAL clears |
| MONSTERS | Starts at 1, with UP TO 3 FOR MORE COINS under it on EASY | Raise it only when the run is about coins; the panel publishes no multiplier |
| MAP | POOLROOMS and FARM, both selectable; the 31 October panel shows FARM carrying a pumpkin icon and no COMING SOON! tag | Pick the map you want; both start runs now. FARM's stage list is on the Farm map guide |
The preview card changes with the difficulty you pick. On EASY it read Short stages and Half coins, with the rest of the line below readable size on a 360p recording. The footer prints Creates itself in 15s next to CREATE, so a party you opened and walked away from still exists.
The waiting room starts the run for you
A full party does not wait for a button. The room printed FULL - STARTING IN 2S over the same bar that carries START NOW and LEAVE, and a two-second countdown is short enough that a player still reading the screen is already in the run.
START NOW cuts the countdown. LEAVE drops you out of the party, which is the only way back to the lobby without starting.
How long the countdown runs is not fixed. We read 2 seconds on a 3/3 party; a fan wiki reports 4 seconds for 1/1 and 2/2 parties. Treat the number as variable and watch the bar rather than counting seconds yourself.
What a party actually changes
A teammate is the difference between a downed run continuing and ending. With nobody on a platform, ASK FOR HELP does nothing and the panel leaves you the self rescue or bleeding out — 8 Robux on the 2 November 2026 panel, 19 on 27 October; with a teammate, the free pull becomes an option, and the rope extends how far away they can be standing.
Party size is not a coin control. The line FOR MORE COINS sits under MONSTERS, not under PARTY SIZE: EASY prints UP TO 3 FOR MORE COINS, the 27 October NORMAL runs printed UP TO 5 and HARD printed UP TO 7. Nothing we read ties the number of players to the payout, so do not queue four people expecting a multiplier.
The difficulty lock ignores the party as well. The third card prints BEAT NORMAL 0/2, and only NORMAL clears move that counter — a party of four clearing EASY leaves it at 0/2.
And company makes the creature's job easier. It walks toward splashes, so four players on the same platforms produce four chances to be heard. A group clears rooms faster than it clears the water.
What we could not read
These decide answers we do not have yet, so read them as open rather than settled:
- Whether PARTY SIZE changes the payout at all. No clip we have shows two results from the same difficulty with a different player count.
- Whether a fifth slot exists. Every station printed
/4and the stepper stood at 4, but we never pressed+on a 4. - What a Farm party changes. FARM is selectable now and the 31 October EASY recording stood at party size 2, but no clip shows whether that waited for a second player or what a Farm party pays. Read the Farm map guide for the eighteen stages and what a run pays.
- Whether a friend can join a run already in progress.
- What the
INVITE FRIENDS!dialog offers, and whether it can send a party invite rather than a server invite.
